Welcome to our Parents Association
The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) of Grace Park Educate Together NS, provides a structure through which the parents /guardians/caregivers (referred to collectively as “Parents”) of children attending the school can work together for the best possible education for their children.
What we do
Each year the PTA undertake a programme of activities and events that are focused on:
● Educational parental involvement and teacher support in the educational process.
● Parental empowerment and school community building.
● Fundraising for out-of-budget school needs.
Some events we have run include bake sales, internet safety talks, fun runs, readathons and quiz nights.

Membership of the PTA
All parents of children attending Grace Park Educate Together National School are be deemed to be members of the Parent Teacher Association.
The Committee of the PTA
The Committee is elected each year at the PTA AGM which is generally held during the first term of the new school year.
The Committee of the PTA consists of:

A class representative from each class in the school.

A Secretary

A Treasurer

The 2 parent nominees on the Board of Management.

A representative from the teachers at the school
PTA meetings are held monthly, and all parents are welcome to attend.
