New Education (Admission to Schools) Act 2018

The Department announced in January 2020 that the Minister signed the statutory instrument commencing the relevant sections of the Education (Admission to Schools) Act 2018 to come into effect on 1 February 2020. The last date which schools could accept applications for pre-enrolment to any class in the school is 31 January  2020 for admission to the 2021/2022 school year and subsequent school years. Most of our classes are now full for the 2023/24 year and there are long waiting lists. 

 

Applications for Junior Infants 2024 will open on the 8th of January 2024 and will close on the 29th of January 2024

Applications for all other classes including our Autism classes will open on 1st of April 2024 and will close on the 1st of May 2024..
