Bonjour!

Last Friday Marcus and Caroline visited “Schola Europaea Bruxelles III”. The European School of Brussels III (Ixelles) is one of the four European schools in Brussels and numbers approximately 3000 students. Our visit was facilitated by the Anglo Saxon departmental head teacher, Déaglán. His pupils were kind enough to prepare a song for us and tell us about their curriculum. They study a chosen European language at primary school level and many children have chosen to study Gaeilge! We had a tour of their building during which we learned about their facilities & services. We left feeling inspired and full of great ideas for our school in the future. We look forward to building a relationship with the school and their pupils and are excited to collaborate on future projects together. Míle buíochas/Thank you/Merci Déaglán!
